1. Refund Application Conditions
Customers can apply for a refund within 14 days of receiving the product.
Products must be returned in new, unused and original packaging, including all accessories, manuals and warranty cards.
We do not accept returns of used, washed or damaged items.
2. Refund Application Process
Please contact our customer service team at stellark@manopasta.com to explain the reason for the refund and provide your order number and relevant purchase information.
Customer service will provide you with specific return instructions and address.
Please send the product back as instructed and keep the courier receipt for reference.
3. Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it is eligible for a refund, we will process your refund within 2 business days.
Refunds will be refunded to your original payment method. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to the corresponding credit card account.
4. Non-returnable items
The following situations do not apply to refunds:
The item has exceeded the refund request period (more than 14 days).
The returned item has been used, or the outer packaging or accessories are missing.
Discounted, special or promotional items are not eligible for refunds unless the product has a manufacturing defect.
